[ARC5] Potential Source of Enclosures

In case anyone doesn't know what a 44 gallon drum is, it's the same oil
barrel that Americans refer to as a 55 gallon drum. Australia and New
Zealand and other Commonwealth countries used the Imperial measure of the
gallon.
Once common in backyards throughout New Zealand as incinerators for burning
rubbish, until councils introduced roadside pickup.
