[ARC5] Rocketry

I didn't think about this before but is Dave looking for a small rocket hobbyist (think Estes model rockets) or someone from something like the Large & Dangerous Rocket Society (yep, real name)?  The latter launch stuff that resemble fullscale antiaircraft missiles.
