If several of you will go back and read previous messages in this thread,
you will see that he wrote that he has the money that the original buyer
paid him plus the money that the insurance claim either paid or will pay.
So basically, the buyer gets his money back and the seller got paid.  Plus
the seller has the cadaver.  Short of inventing a Wayback Machine, that's
the best that one could hope for.

    This does not at all seem like a fair settlement to me. Your buyer got
his money back so he is now even. You got a destroyed receiver where you had
a working one before. You've still gotten screwed.
