Dennis:

These aren’t original from me so I can’t speak to specifics. They were in various QEX/QST/73 magazine articles I’ve accumulated over the years- senior moment (the brain has deteriorated since I retired from Agilent/Keysight!). I believe the original intent was to run them on 12/24 volts instead of 250V.

The August 1997 QEX has an article, Synthesizing Vacuum Tubes, by W2GOM/7 on solid state tube replacements that can be of considerable use in the quest for VT replacements, specifically the 6SK7 and 6SL7.

sincerely,

Got them, thanks.

I admit I am confused. These are simple circuits. That's OK. What doesn't appear to be OK is the use of 30V JFETs. You could not use a standard supply with these tube replacements.

All:

I've attached the jpeg files for the solid state replacements. There are a
total of 16 files and I expect they will be deleted by the various spam
filters so I sent them to individuals as well. (Jay, David S, Wayne, Robert
and Dennis)

Let me know if you did or did not get them so I can follow up.
