[ARC5] BC-348-J for $1000

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

I was going to bid, but, the front panel has been modified, the 
dynamotor was removed and a power supply in its place and there is a 
coax dangling out the back.
Also there is no mount.

He would not take $10.00.
