[ARC5] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

Folks,

If you want to help preserve these valuable services, write both your 
Senators and your congresscritter.  Describe your own use, *and* talk 
about other known uses. Get all your ham or otherwise radio-involved 
friends to do likewise.

Personally, I doubt that writing the White House will have any effect, 
but you could do that, too. Most Senators and Representatives have voter 
message input forms on their websites.

Make your voices heard, that's what  to do.
