Could be that they’ve failed to update their security protocols. SSL is apparently out and TLS is in, so long as it is either TLS 1.2 or TLS 2.0 (I can’t recall which is the new minimum). I recently went through some trouble with PayPal on the subject, caused by poorly written instructions on their site.

I clicked the "info icon" in the address window. It said hat the site was " not secure" so the browser automatically locks it out.
Causes might be expired SSL certificate , date error , or some other secure link failure.
You can probably override the block byy making an exception in the browser security section , but I wouldn't recommend it in case they got hacked or something.
