[ARC5] Surplus Radio Conversion Manuals

Starbucks, no thanks; I don't like the way they do business--open across 
the street from the locally owned coffee house and run it out of 
business.  Besides, IMO Peets coffee is *far* better.

NO radios were harmed while composing this commentary.
