Les,

Mine looks similar, but I'm not sure it's exactly the same.
I was stymied on circuit tracing when I saw the Chinese characters on the 8 pin dip instead of numbers.
It appears to be a push-pull type switcher .  Without knowing the IC used, one can only speculate. Didn't seem worth the effort to go any further...it works.

 Good Evening Les,

I have not traced the unit in question. However the Power Supply
manufacture that I work for uses a similar transformer in what know as a
Top Switcher. So I would expect it to be a ferrite type transformer. The
Top switcher uses the DC rail ( 250 VDC -580 VDC ) voltage and steps it
down for +/- 15 V and 5 V supplies for control circuits.  In this case it
would be a step up conversion.
