I have tested this.  If one reads the "fine print"
in the listing, it says that the power-delivering
capacity drops with higher voltage.  250V into a 
5K resistor for 2 hours here presented no problems,
but boosting it to 370V and attempting to power an 
SCR-183 transmitter (about 40 MA, 15W load) was
instantly fatal.  I respectfully suggest that if one
uses this supply, to de-rate it to a max of 250V 
at about 70 mills- more than enough for most receivers.
