Just between you and me and the gatepost, I could never understand HOW those things 
were very supposed to work. They sure didn't work on any physical principle ever known by 
mankind. Maybe it was something from outerspace. At best, all that would be transmitted 
would be the un-modulated growling of the vocal cords. Stupid.
