It is not so much a "bad" link but there have been a number of various reflector members being spoofed and, in a few cases, have a virus. The links, that are in messages supposedly from those members, can vary anywhere from just advertising to very serious virus attacks.
Myself, I am much more willing to copy and then paste the information to get to the website because that information is not in a link upon which one can "click"! That is because Spammers, virus spreaders, etc., will not take the time to construct an E-Mail that gives the information but does not include a link that goes immediately to the SPAM, virus, etc., because there are a lot of people who will not take the time to enter the information into their browser. Those people want to cause as much harm as possible, etc., and by having a definite link they do get considerably more response.

I've been a member of this list since 25 September 2003 and have never once heard of a bad link postedby a member. I simply will not jump through hoops with thirteen copy and paste operations.
