[ARC5] 2200 Meter band

let's see. On My eBay Summary Page, Watch list, the item # is listed and IS NOT CLICKABLE. I open the link to the auction description, eBay has made it maddeningly hard to find the item # WHICH IS NOT CLICKABLE. How does one take a piece of text and convert it? Perhaps an apology is due?

I've been a member of this list since 25 September 2003 and have never once heard of a bad link posted
by a member. I simply will not jump through hoops with thirteen copy and paste operations.

On the other hand, it is much more secure and safe to not click on an email link.

Then another 3 clicks and an Enter to see the item. Thirteen operations in all.

Well, gee, I knew that, but why should I do 3 clicks to copy the number, another click to open a new window,
a backspace series to clear the url, 3 clicks to paste, then an Enter to go there.

Nine operations when a simple clickable link by the poster would have done it in one.

It is easy enough to find: copy the item number as given, go to eBay and paste it into the
eBay search box, and hit enter. Voila!

What it is, is a magazine, "QRV on Longwave" in German. The main article or articles
describes a home-brew (selbstgebaut = self made) transmitter (sender), receiver,
(Empfanger), and antennas (antennen) for the 2200 meter band.

Should be very interesting even if you don't know German.
