[ARC5] 630 Mtr Band About to Open

If you're interested in working the new 630 Meter and 2200 Meter bands,

the required publication to the Federal Register has been done.

You MUST go to a web site and follow the instructions to register with

the PLC folks.  The information is in this LWCA post:

After registering, you wait 30 days for them to file an

objection.  If you hear nothing, you're good to go.
