[ARC5] Shreveport Hamfest Find- A.R.C. L-10

Thanks to Ronnie, W5SUM, for pointing me to a nice  A.R.C. L-10 

loop at the Shreveport Hamfest.  Finally got a chance to put it 

on the bench.  Looks like a good excuse to build a type-12 DF set.
