[ARC5] ARC-5 Worked All States

I completed DXCC about 7 years ago with a T-22 on 40M running 30W into a
dipole.  It took me about 3 winters to do it.  A lot of fun for sure.
Sitting at around 130 countries now.  For help in busting a pileup I would
occasionally defeat the voltage reg to induce a little chirp :-)   The
trick would usually work.

BTW, I did wear out one set of finals in the process.
