YES! :-)

FYI, I know a ham who made DXCC with a push-pull pair of 211s in an ancient TNT 
configuration. He did this within the last few years. Only ONE of all the DX stations he 
worked even asked about his transmitter.

BTW, I worked some 35 countries, mostly on 40 meters, with an AN/GRC-109: 15 watts 
output, crystal-controlled, and an end-fed wire about 10 years ago.
