[ARC5] UPS Rates Going Up 5%

Hi,
I haven't heard very much about shipping on the Greyhound and other bus
services. It might be a good resource - but not free.
I have seen talk of hams carrying items across the country "piggy-back"
to and through areas where they are going for other purposes. I don't
really know how practical either of those ideas are but if they are not
viable we should *know* why not and work to overcome those reasons.
