[ARC5] top cover badge transplant

Two ways:
Buy a pound of the correct size hollow rivets (several thousand) and the
probably by now $70 rivet setting tool and rivet the nameplate onto the
replacement top cover.
Attach the nameplate to the new cover with E-6000 (black), with the remains
of the original rivets glued into the holes for alignment and external
appearance.
