Mike, et al,I might differ just a bit. The ANB element rim is thicker than the R-14 and, practically speaking, all elements are really not interchangable, especially the "NAF" series and if they are old and stiff. Some of these don't have insertion slots and are a real bear to fit. Heat and silicone can help. Just a thought...Jeep K3HVG

The HB-7 is the headband. The HS-23 headset uses the R-14 elements and I think these fit the HB-7 band. The HS-33 uses ANB-H-1 elements which are the same size as the R-14, but are low impedance whereas the R-14 is high impedance.
Check your elements to see which you have. They are labeled as "receivers" with one of the two numbers depending upon whether the headset is high or low impedance. Any cushion which will fit the R-14 will also fit the ANB-H-1. These are usually a very tight and secure fit, so unsnap the element from the headband before trying to put on the cushion, otherwise you might break the C-shaped element holder loose from the headband.

I have an HB-7 headset. I have found some rubber ear cushions that are made for the HS-23 or 33 headsets. Would these fit my headset?
Tnx,
