[ARC5] [Milsurplus] 800cps inverter on Craigslist in Portland

I have witnessed first hand, the penetrating scream.  I heard the 800 Hz
inverter screaming as a PB4Y taxied by me, I was about 100" abreast of the
aircraft, and could clearly hear it over four running R-2600s.

Yup. We had a long discussion on this thing a few years ago. The conclusion
at that time was that the fan was not the problem. You cannot believe the
incredible noise out of that thing, i.e., the 800-1.
