[ARC5] Bare Face-Plate for RCA Radio

if he is really an idiot maybe one of us should tell him we'll take it 
but send us the check for the purchase amount - first. After it clears 
our bank then he can send the faceplate. We end with the rare, mint, 
collector faceplats and $250 and he gets a tax deduction (right).
