[ARC5] Vibrator Power Supplies

Vibrators were used in nmerious aircrraft rigs.  I have some Bendix and the 
RCA AVR 20 Reciver and AVT 112 Transmitter used a vibrator supply.   I have 
both a 6 volt and 12 volt set up using the AVR20/AVT112 sets on the air.   I 
ran the old Militiary Radio net at Dayton one year with the 12 volt set up. 
A 24 volt vibrator supply was also available for these sets.
