[ARC5] BC-442-A relay connections

Or T.O. 16-10-50 or T.O. 16-40SCR274-5.  The correction to T.O. 08-10-50 
was made 05 FEB 45.  Whomever made the mods to his unit for 12 V was on the 
right track (moving the jumper) but didn't complete the job.  Regardless of 
whether the coils are electrically in parallel or series, they must be 
magnetically in series.
