[ARC5] BC-442-A relay connections

I would caution to think twice about discarding a version of any manual 
you may have electronically or otherwise.  There are gems in each that 
have been deleted for unknown reasons in later versions. For example, 
the ARC test sets in the Contract No. 1470-NY-1941 manual were removed 
from the later versions.
