[ARC5] OT - Things at "that" place. (A rant about honesty)

This guy obviously is not a person that we ( or anyone else) should to do business with.He also sells Rig Expert equipment which is a good product. Seems that he hijacked the name and put USA at the 
end. I guess he figures that a Ukrainian company would have a hard time suing him. PNC appears to be an authorized North American distributor, although he tries to make it seem that he is the primary dist.He buys from PNC , so has no direct link with Rig Expert!
