Supposedly, yes.

Interestingly, he does have a "Make Offer" button.

I suggest that as many of us who feel like playing with this lying jerk
make an offer of $1.00.

I am sure we will either be ignored or will be the recipient of one of his
snotty e-mails....which we will, then, ignore.

Perhaps if 10 or so of us do this, he may get the hint. Although given his proven dishonesty 
and downright stupidity, I doubt if it would make any impression.
