[ARC5] Command set installation

Here is a photo of the "early" B-29 Radio Op
position, typical of the early deployment in 
the China-Burma-India" "Over the Hump" 
missions, displaying SCR-287 and SCR-274N.

Note that even the giant Post-war B-32 Dominator
was equipped, according to the Commanders
Training manual, with SCR-287/-274N.
