Hi Dave,

Take care of yourself and manage that diabetes. You should be able to
die of something else - some day.

As for the memory - when I was still in my teens I observed that young
peoples' memories are not nearly as good as they think they are.
Remember somethingcalled 'exams'? As we get older of course we have seen
and done more and more things. All of that experience creates memories.
There is an awful pile of memories in our heads. Newer memories or often
used memories are stored in random access memory. Older memories are
moved to serial storage like the old tapes used for computers to make
room for the new memories. Those take quite a bit longer to access.

Some of us accumulate so many memories it pushes our hair right off from
our heads! It takes a while to search for those memories.

Those memories are real too..they have mass and occupy the space in our
heads. The mass is why we always weigh more when we get older. That's my
story and I'm sticking to it!

I'll take a close look at my R-25. I know I got it from a list member
but a search of my emails (back to 2013) hasn't turned up the
transaction. I am sure I got it more recently than that..but the tape is
still running.

73,

Bill KU8H
