[ARC5] BC-453 dial calibration

Skip,

Like Mike, I've no idea why the AN/ARC-5 manual calls for a different 
setting than do the other three.  But according to the SUBJECT, you have a 
BC-453.  Which isn't an ARC-5.  I've no idea whether it will help or not (last 
Command Set receiver that I aligned was probably done before most of you were 
born) but it won't hurt to try setting C-4G as the SCR-274N manual says.
