[ARC5] T-17

Maybe it was a hoax by a guy who is about to sell a T-17.He puts it up for $5000 and buys it back under another account.It looks like a sale,but it's just a setup.
When it puts it up for bid for real, there will be a crazed frenzy of bidders wanting this valuable piece!The high bidder will think he stole it at $3000. Ha Ha
