[ARC5] Uncommon 274N Xtal Marking

Hi

I’d bet at least a six pack of beer that somebody had an issue with the phrasing on the contract. There
was a *lot* of improvement in the measurement of crystals as WWII went on. Anybody doing it early would
be making some assumptions about what was what. There are a number of papers about how well / how poorly 
this all worked out.
