[ARC5] Why We Polish the Roller/Bar/Ant Coil

Reviving a first-run BC-696.  Short video on why I recommend

removing and polishing the roller, roller bar and antenna loading coil.

Not in the video, but the antenna switch leaf and Antenna post were

also Hi-Z.  After polishing all (yes it's messy), works great.
