[ARC5] 60m band and SCR274 transmitters

A while back, when the power was increased to 100-watts e.r.p., RTTY and data were added to the allowed modes as well as CW.  USB at 50-watts e.r.p. was the only mode allowed when the band was established.  The chart, available from the ARRL website, shows this.

At least in the US you will be limited to CW.  I believe the only other mode authorized is USB voice.  Don't believe we can run DSB AM on 60.
