[ARC5] An interesting marking on ARA set sn 4839

Hi

No idea how it worked back then. Today if you have stuff hanging around on the production floor, you mark it as GFE.  That way it is properly audited. You then report annually to the contracting authority "we still have this". Without the marking, you likely miss it in the audit.
