If you're keying just the 1625 amp, then use series L for the "make" 
and some C for the break.
This won't work for the oscillator as it would add chirp.

Been years since I used to do that empirically with L & C values I 
had on hand, but
check the older ARRL handbooks for the info they have on this subject.
