No. On the front of all of the RU and GF/RU Junction Boxes are two male 
connectors that when not used should have a protective cap over them. They have 
5 pins and a guide pin in a Double-V pattern. These are for powering 
auxiliary low power consumption devices like the LM, ZB or AN/ARR-1, etc. This is 
the standard connector used for AUX Power. You'll also find it on the front 
of equipment like the ARB, BCB ARA receiver, GP, etc.
