[ARC5] Oscope Question

Yes, please provide as much information/history about the scope and the 
problem as you can. As it is, too many things could be the cause of the 
problem (and there may not actually be a problem). The more you tell us, 
the better. For example, if it's a hobby-grade scope, it could be that 
this is just the way it is. If it's a pro scope, then there is a problem 
to be fixed. Etc.
