[ARC5] R-25 dial nonlinearities

The RT-45 WWII vintage ECM equipment used permeability tuned circuits, with a combination of tuning capacitor and a slug that moved in and out of a coil.  I have one of the tuned circuit subassemblies, a driver, I think.  Fair Radio used to sell the tuned subassemblies.  The slug can be adjusted with a typical in and out screw as well as its movements in concert with the tuning cap.
