[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Smart People: BC-9A Opinions Needed

It looks like that it is "hot keyed" with 120V on the key!  I don't think that would get past the Underwriters lab now a days!It looks like the final is the oscillator too?I love the weirdness of it!

Did ya get it working?
