[ARC5] Buying the book Reflections by Walter Maxwell

After attempting to order this book last October, to my surprise it
arrived in the mail about a week or so ago, and my credit card charged.
Either Universal Radio ordered more copies, or they found another
copy somewhere in their store. Aside from what you would expect in a
book titled "Reflections", it contains paragraphs telling how so and
so was wrong, plus plenty of math proving his data was correct. I
know there was disagreement on his approach to calculating the output
impedance of a class C amplifier, but what else is questionable?
