Assuming we are talking about the front tuning coil windows on Command Set transmitters and not someone's surviving spouse, here is something I found out.

You've all seen that clear plastic now used to make boxes to package baked goods of various kinds. Many years ago I experimented with heat forming the stuff and found that when you heated it with a flame it distorted and became cloudy. But I have found that if you heat it gently with a hot air heat gun it becomes soft enough to stretch form over an object and still remains clear.

So if you have a good example of a tuning coil window you could make a mold of it with one of the rubber molding compounds, cast a ceramic duplicate, and then use that free bakery package plastic and a heat gun to make as many copies as you wish. I am planning to do that with some model airplane parts.

And, by the way, I am amazed that someone is restoring an AT-21. That Duramold structure must be a challenge, as are those Ranger 12 cylinders. I know guy who has one of those engines on a BF-108 he has been working on for 20 or 30 years. Best of luck!
