[ARC5] Front panel windows

30-40 years ago, I had a bunch of windows made of the type used in ATA and 
SCR-274-N.  I did it by engraving the plast after it was cut to size.  And 
then white-filling the engravings with ceiling white latex paint.  I have 
also made A-82 panels that way.  It worked fine, albeit a little more time 
consuming than stamping.
