[ARC5] ARC-114 and ARC-116

I'm in the process of building a power supply/control box for my ARC-114 and ARC-116.  Normally these transceivers operate via an audio panel.  Does anyone know if they use the typical aviation approach of grounding the transmit line via PTT in order to activate transmit?
