[ARC5] FW: 2017 qsl.net donations

Hi Randy,

With millihertz specs for JT and WSPR the drift in the frequency counter 
added to the drift in the BFO added to the drift in the HFO could fail 
to show any problem at all. Or show problems that aren't there. I am one 
of those archaic hams that still rely on WWV. From what I have read 
fairly recently (past few years) WWV is useless too. I have shrugged my 
shoulders and walked away from the millihertz modes.

Doing the best I can with only the Bureau of Standards to guide me.
