Here's a short video of the three RAX receivers
"burning in" on the bench with 27V A+ and 27V B+.
They are feeding an amplified speaker.

BFO injection is a little weak on only 27V B+,
but useable below about 15 MC.  BFO gets much
better at about 50V and one can dispense with
the amplified speaker.  If everything hangs in
there,
I'll boost the B+ to 100V and see how that does.
