I thought that I would save a few more the time spent asking.  :-)  We 
remained mostly high and dry during the sideswipe of Hurricane Harvey.  If we 
get past one or two more days without one of our oaks blowing over due to 
super-saturated soil and the oak's typical shallow root system, I'll say that we 
got off without a scratch.  Mostly five days spent in front of the TV 
waiting for a hammer to fall.  And two hours wasted Friday looking for a gas 
station that still had any gas to sell.  

I just wish that I could say the same for all of the people in the area, 
many of whom are still being rescued from homes flooded in the aftermath of 
the storm or seeing their homes flooded after they already thought that they 
had missed the bullet.  Or waiting until they can return to what's left of 
their homes that didn't miss it.
