It is most likely an R-24/ARC-5, which is the only AN/ARC-5 receiver that ALWAYS came from the factory standard with the MX-20/ARC-5 power adapter (as shown) for use with the R-1/ARR-1 "ZB" homing adapter.  That was the only real reason for the existence of the R-24, but both the R-1 and the R-24 were made obsolete when combined into homing receiver R-4/ARR-2.
