I was on the receiving end one of those UPS packing jobs also.Two formally pristine ARC-5 tx were loosely packed in a box of peanut foam.No longer pristine!
Not even close to professional. A 7 year old could have done better.

Well, I hope they have improved that service since I last attempted to use it.
The local UPS store did such a crummy job packing a heavy but delicate item for me that I've
never attempted to use it since, and that was at least 15 years ago.
The item arrived damaged due to their packing, and yet they wouldn't honor their own
guarantee.
No thanks. I've packed all such items myself since.
