That's true Jeep, but as with any bloated beast - cleanup is never that
simple. Reference the equipment that came out of Tobyhanna in the '93-'94
time frame that should've been long gone, ranging from GRC-109s to TCS
units. When it comes to words like unbelievable, ridiculous, and so on, I
learned long ago with the federal gov't to never say never. As is often the
case - *they* don't even know what they have most days. Something to do
with not being able to find a certain part of their collective anatomy with
both hands comes to mind.
